What we collect and why
When you send a price inquiry
The inquiry form asks for your first name, last name, email address, company name, country, city and a message. If you send it from a collection page, we also record which collection you asked about.
We use this only to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you order, handle that order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), KVKK Article 5(2)(c)).
Your IP address
We store the IP address and the time with each inquiry, and count how many inquiries arrive from one address in an hour. This blocks spam and limits repeated submissions to five per hour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).
Visitor statistics, only if you agree
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and browser, and how you reached the site. We use this to understand which collections buyers look at. It stays off until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), explicit consent under KVKK Article 5(1)).
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including IP address, browser and time, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we never sell it.
Who else receives it
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database, including inquiries.
- Our email provider delivers each inquiry notification to our inbox.
- Google receives analytics data if you accept analytics cookies, and loads the map on our contact page.
Some of these providers, Google in particular, may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries, including the IP address stored with them: as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any business that follows, and no longer than two years after our last contact with you.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months.
- Spam counters: one hour.

This site uses two cookies of its own that are needed for it to work, and, only with your consent, two from Google Analytics.

The map on our contact page is loaded from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies there. See Google’s privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Declining removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to give it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.
Under KVKK Article 11 you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed, for what purpose, and to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
Write to info@blessfashionwholesale.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
